TEFF BIO FLOUR
Teff, a very small seed of Ethiopian origin, is rich in fibers, calcium and iron, contains an important percentage of proteins and has an excellent assortment of essential amino acids. Because of its small size, it is truly integral because it is not possible to separate the seed pulp from the outer tegument. Product without preservatives and additives, without gluten.
Directions for use: Alone or mixed with other flours in the preparation of sweets, bread, focaccia, pancakes.
Storage and storage: Store in a cool, dry and protected from light.
