HEMPY SEEDS

Hemp seeds (Cannabis Sativa L.) coming exclusively from selected, dried and decorticated Italian crops. A mechanical process called "brillatura" is applied to whole hemp seeds which removes the outer seed coat. Naturally rich in Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids; Naturally rich in polyunsaturated fats; high in Protein, source of Fibers, Vitamin B1.
Directions for use: Raw as such, combined with yogurt, chocolate, salads, fruit salads, pesto and tasty preparations. For the preparation of cakes, ice creams, smoothies, creams and various biscuits
